    • Provide training and support to clients on how to use the fleet management software effectively.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional software features or services to existing clients.
    • Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
    • Participate in business development activities and client pitches as needed.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Escalate complex issues to the technical support or development teams when necessary.
    • Implement corrective actions to prevent future issues and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and software usage.
    • Ensure all client documentation related to the software is complete and properly filed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client management, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
